General Information
- We are flexible re changeover day - except during High Summer when changeover date is usually Saturday - however we are sometimes flexible on this so give us a call on 07717487984
- Where your dates cross over date periods then the amount payable is calculated based on the number of days in each period
- Payment is 25% deposit on booking and 75% 60 days before arrival
- Rates are subject to change at any time but we will not change a rate once a booking deposit is taken
- Cancellation terms are as per Rental Rules BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT IF A VACATION IS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF NATIONALLY IMPOSED COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS THEN WE WILL ENSURE THAT WE RETURN ALL MONIES PAID
